If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project after signing a contract, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any applicable deposit refund or forfeiture provisions, are detailed in your individual project contract. These Terms do not override those contract-specific provisions.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather, safety concerns, permit delays, or other conditions outside our reasonable control.
Payment terms for each project are set out in the written project contract. Unless otherwise stated in that contract, a deposit is typically required before work begins, with remaining payments due at specified milestones or upon project completion.
Invoices that are not paid within the period specified in your contract may be subject to late fees as described in the contract. We reserve the right to suspend work on a project if payments are not received as agreed.
Accepted payment methods are described in your project contract. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors.
For projects requiring a building permit in FL, KSD Kissimmee Sunrooms & Patios will apply for required permits on your behalf as part of the project scope. You are responsible for ensuring that your property complies with any applicable HOA rules, deed restrictions, or community guidelines that may affect what can be built. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of HOA considerations we are aware of, but we are not responsible for HOA restrictions you fail to disclose to us.
The project timeline is affected by permit review and inspection scheduling, which are controlled by the applicable government authority. Delays in the permit or inspection process do not constitute a breach of contract byKSD Kissimmee Sunrooms & Patios.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KSD Kissimmee Sunrooms & Patios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Osceola County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
