Agreement to Terms

Services Provided
We provide sunroom installation, patio enclosures, screen rooms, and related outdoor structure services in the Kissimmee, FL area. All services are subject to availability and our ability to perform the work safely and in compliance with local building codes. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes provided are based on the information you give us at the time of request. These estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material costs, or scope changes. We will notify you of any significant price changes before beginning work.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your specific service agreement. Generally, we require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the project and materials already ordered.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement and vary depending on the type of service provided. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are separate and will be provided at the time of installation. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear beyond the warranty period.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KSD Kissimmee Sunrooms & Patios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our team to complete the work. This includes ensuring pets are secured and that the work area is accessible. We take reasonable precautions to protect your property during our work, but you are responsible for removing or protecting any valuable or fragile items in the work area.
Permits and Compliance
When required, we will obtain necessary permits for the work. However, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring any work complies with local HOA rules, deed restrictions, or other property-specific regulations. Additional fees may apply for permit acquisition and related inspections.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of KSD Kissimmee Sunrooms & Patios or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Osceola County, Florida.
